Yep. They have lives of their own now. But look at it this way, soon they'll be cluing you into all kinds of music, movies, and books you wouldn't have tried before (says the mom who is now embarking on The Scarlet Letter after being shoved into it by two laughing girls).
That's hilarious! Good thing is, I've heard (from friends with older kids) that those boys are actually really good kids and their dad used to be some sort of minister. They give a portion of all them make to Christian Charities. So, it could be worse!! :)
Rita- who am I? I always imagined that I would grow up to be a Mama to a lot of children. With that image, was an orderly home, a husband who was home by 5- every night, and hardly ever any chores to do.
Today Gino and I have five children. Even writing that out seems unbelievable to me. Ages are 8, 6, 4, 2 and newborn- 10 weeks old, born 3 months early.
Life has been blurried. I have kept up with Marianne's progress on a caringbridge site, but there is just SO much more that is on my heart. It has been therapeutic to journal online, and so I'm picking this blog back up to cover the rest of the story of our casa de Rossini.

ReplyDeleteI guess it was just a matter of time, huh? Well you're right, at least they are somewhat reputable.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, so was Jessica Simpson's Dad -- a minister that it. Too bad we can't let our guard down every once in awhile.
